Our New Technology will change small businesses forever!

We are working on a technology that will change the way small businesses do business. This new technology is so exciting that I am not sure where to start, but here it is...

Imagine having the ability to come to work everyday, and to know all the tasks you must accomplish that day without thinking. Imagine never losing an opportunity to convert a lead to a customer or missing out on a chance to process information that you need every time, on time and on budget. This new technology could also help you to manage your employees more efficiently by giving them direction more accurately and without constant supervision.

Everything in business is a process, and process is the way G4 Organizes, measures and executes a job. Process is the way business owners systemize the way they work, accomplishing tasks or managing employees to do certain jobs. For example: taking a lead from a phone call to turning them into a customer is a process that would need to be managed properly in order to make it successful.

Why is it that some businesses are successful while others in the same industry can not even make ends meet? Is it because they do not manage and measure the success of their processes and don’t have the ability to change accordingly? No business software in the world currently allows you to manage these processes on a consistent basis based on your needs.

Our new technology will not only offer you the ability to customize your own processes, but also gives you the ability to share, buy and sell successful business processes through the ChampionsWay network. Small businesses will be able to grow quickly by using the right processes that will help them to make the right decisions every time.

Look for code name G4 scheduled to be released in 2007!

Having gone through your blog, its no wonder why you have been an inspiration and a main reason for having so many of your close ones become successful in anything and everything that they do. I wanted to take this small moment to humbly thank you for the last 15 years and how I can't imagine where I would be if our roads had not crossed. I look forwards to reading more about all the different kinds of topics that will surface in the coming years on your blog. Your words of wisdom has forever changed my life. I patiently wait for the day that I can return the love and wisdom that you offer on a day to day basis, back to you. Once again, Thank You.

I think the introduction of process into business systems is important. Being able to slice and dice your business down to the raw process, sub-process is a benefit for sure. Providing functionality like this which is traditionally reserved for tier 1 clients and providing it to SME will enable SME's to become leaner and meaner.

Some SME's have workflows implemented in their business systems but it just doesn't replace full blown process functionality.

There's only 1 company out there that I've seen have a good handle in this area as they provide this functionality as part of their Generation 2 ERP system.
